Shake the stones in Jar and remove lid before bed to activate the oils and give a boost of aromas to aide a perfect relaxing nights sleep.

During the day if not in use cover the stones to stop the oils evaporating .

Dream Stones can be refreshed over time by using our Dream Stone Refresher Oil, Simply add 2 tsps refresher oil to the jar and shake stones to absorb.

Contains Jasmine, Vanilla, Chamomile Roman, and Bergamot oils.
